Brandon Scott Weaver, a beloved son, brother, and friend, passed away on March 14, 2025, at the age of 28 in Forest, Mississippi. Born on July 18, 1996, in Lee County, Florida, Brandon's life was marked by his boundless enthusiasm and kindness towards others.
Brandon is survived by his devoted mother, Stephanie Weaver of Puckett, Mississippi, and his father, Scott Weaver of Leigh Acres, Florida. He held a special place in his heart for his siblings: his sister, Ashley (Lacon) Harrison of Mt. Olive, Mississippi, and his brother, Connor Wallace of Puckett, Mississippi. He cherished his friendships deeply, considering them as family; he is remembered by his best friends, more like brothers, Morgan Thompson and his wife Tressie of Puckett, Mississippi, and Sean Pearce and his wife Autumn of Mendenhall, Mississippi.
Brandon's love extended to his grandparents, Carol Russell of Crystal Springs, Mississippi, and William(Pam) Weaver of Fort Myers, FL; aunts, including Aunt Stacy Adams and her husband Frank of Braxton, Mississippi, and Aunt Amy Bass and her husband Travis of Columbia, Kentucky. He was also a proud uncle to his nephew, Milo Thompson, and his great uncles; Robert Downs of Richland, Mississippi and Millard Downs of Pensacola, Florida, along with numerous cousins and friends who cherished his life.
Brandon was predeceased by his grandfather, Perry Nelson Creech, and his great-grandparents, Robert F. Downs and Eleanor D. Downs.
Funeral services for Brandon will be held at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence, Mississippi. Visitation will take place on March 17, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and again on March 18, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with the funeral service following at 12:00 PM. These gatherings provide an opportunity for family and friends to come together to celebrate and remember Brandon’s life.
Brandon’s generous spirit, infectious smile, and unwavering support for those around him will leave a lasting impact on the lives he touched. His memory will forever be cherished in the hearts of his loved ones and friends.
