Mr. Brant Robert Pate

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mr. Brant Robert Pate, age 65, of Jefferson, Georgia, who passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. Mr. Pate was born in Ohio, a son to the late Oliver Ray Pate and the late Marlene Ann Detoffol Pate. Mr. Pate earned his Master's Degree from Northwood University and was an accountant. He loved his dogs and cat, spending quality time with his children, and enjoyed fishing with his friends and family, good movies, and shooting sporting clays. Mr. Pate was loved by many and was always one to throw a quick fun fact your way, he was full of knowledge.

Survivors include his children, Chiara Pate of Hoschton, GA, Zachary Pate of Jefferson, GA and Alexa Pate of Jefferson, GA; sister, Janet Pate Schamback and her husband Walker of Boone, NC; brother, Joseph Pate and his wife Laura of Palm City, FL; nephew, Alexander Schamback and niece, Avery Pate; his three dogs, Rommel, Janzy, Savannah and his cat, Lilly.

In accordance with Mr. Pates wishes, his remains were cremated. The family will hold a private memorial service on a later date.
