Brenda J. Barnes

Brenda J. Barnes, age 76, of Knoxville, TN, passed away on Monday October 6, 2025. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Walrdige Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by Rev. Ronny W. Barnes; mother and father, four brothers and one sister. She is survived by daughters, Lisa (Gary) Whitfield, and Robin (Danny) Arrowood; grandchildren, Brandon Whitfield (Crystal), Tyler Whitfield (Karley), and Jason Blevins; great grandchildren, Kylin Whitfield, Theo Whitfield, Scarlet Avila, and Fiona Jaquest; sister-in-law, JoAnn McBee; special niece, Kelly McBee, and special friend, Gwen Russell. The family and friends will meet at 12:45 pm Thursday, October 9, 2025, at Highland Memorial Cemetery for a 1:00 pm graveside service with Rev. Toby Webber officiating. Pallbearers will be Gary Whitfield, Danny Arrowood, Tyler Whitfield, Phoenix Sumner, Dale Arrowood, and Jason Blevins.
