Mrs. Brenda Gayle Darragh, 77, of Cumming, departed this life on July 10, 2025. Brenda was born in Atlanta to her parents, Jesse and Ethel Richards Ellis. Brenda was a kind and gentle soul who loved her family and grandchildren deeply. She enjoyed painting, puzzles, drawing, coloring, and playing the piano. Brenda will be missed by all who knew her. Mrs. Darragh is preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Ethel Richards Ellis; her husband, Damian Darragh, and a daughter-in-law, Brenda Carlile.
Survivors include children; Chris Carlile, Philip Carlile, and Jessie Dimattina, sisters: Teresa Sinsebox and Myra Kirby; grandchildren, Amber Chitwood, Carley (Zach) Papoutsis, Parker Carlile, Bronson Carlile, Alison Carlile and Macey Dimattina; great-grandchildren, Jeremy Chitwood and Aria Chitwood as well as several nieces and nephews.
Services to honor the life of Mrs. Brenda Gayle Darragh will be Friday July 18, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with a visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery in Canton.
