Brenda Bateman Hargrove, born December 28, 1944, in Nashville, Tennessee, to Homer and Ruby Bateman, went to be with the Lord on May 4, 2024, at her home in Fairview, Tennessee, surrounded by Family. She was 79. She grew up in Pegram, Tennessee.
She worked for State Farm in Nashville, Tennessee. She met her husband, George Hargrove, in Fairview, Tennessee and they were happily married for many, many years until his death. She is pre-deceased by her husband, George Hargrove, and her son Russell Cunningham.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Tina and Travis Peek, her son, Timothy Cunningham, and her son Jeffrey Cunningham.
She is pre-deceased by her father and mother, Homer and Ruby Bateman, and her brothers and daughters-in-law, Leonard and Barbara and Ann Bateman, and Kenneth and Judy Bateman. She is survived by her brother Troy Bateman and his late wife, Freda and her sister and brother-in-law, Betty and James Bruce. She has 6 nephews and nieces, 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
