Brenda Hysinger

Brenda Sue Bishop Hysinger passed away on January 17th, 2024, at the age of 77. She was the daughter of the late Howard A. and Neva Hunt Bishop of the Benton Station Community in Polk County and a resident of Cleveland, Tennessee. She is also preceded in death by her sister Sharon Davis.
She graduated from Polk County High School, and went on to Cosmetology School and later worked for Duracell until retirement in 2016. Brenda is a member of North Cleveland Baptist Church. She was the loving wife of Charles L. Hysinger for 50 years.
Brenda was the mother of Jill Hysinger West of Benton Station and Jay (Tiffany) Hysinger of Sevierville, TN, both were her strength. She was also the proud grandmother of Jayden Hysinger, who was the love of her life. She was the best sister to Jane (Herbert) Beene, of Cleveland and sister in law to Rob Davis of Athens. She was also dearly loved by her little brother, Gary (Tennie) Bishop of Benton Station. She was the proud aunt of Diane Tyner, Patricia (John) Bland, Jenny Lynn (Dallas) Dover, Robert A. Davis V, Kristen (Corey) Houser, Brandon (Mara) Bishop, great-aunt of Jake Houser, Abby Houser, Reed Bishop, Evva Bishop, Andrew Thomas Dover, Zachary Anson Dover, and Robert Asa Davis V. She was always a friend and comforter to family and friends. She will be so missed.
Her family will receive friends on Tuesday January 23rd from 10am until 12pm at North Cleveland Baptist Church with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at 12pm with Dr. Jay McCluskey officiating. She will be laid to rest at Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery following the service.
