Brenda Irwin Obituary
Brenda Higgins Irwin 68, passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. Brenda was born on November 6, 1957, in Pleasant View, Tennessee to Burk Moon and Gertrude (Hall) Moon.
Brenda is preceded in death by her parents, and her sisters and brothers, Joyce Hamilton and Judy Moon, Shirley Moon, Rosie Mitchell (Sissy), Lynn Moon, Pie Stewart, Lucy Moon, Roy Moon, Ricky Moon, Bubba Moon .She is survived by her loving husband Robert Irwin, daughter Laura Davis, grandson D’Adryan Mayfield, and her sister Dot Pemerton. In addition, she is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, close friends Sharon Jones, Linda McKinney, Tanesha Rogers, Kim Poteet, Patty Herron, and her loving church family at Cornerstone Church.
Brenda would be remembered by her loving, caring personality for her family and friends and anyone that she met also for her relationship with God and Jesus and the holy Spirit.
Psalms 91:1-2 Whoever dwells in the shelter of the most high will rest in the shadow of the Almighty I will say of the Lord he is my refuge and my Force my God and whom I trust.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, from 2pm-7pm at Hendersonville Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will begin at 7pm in the Chapel at the funeral home.
