Brenda Southers Lee, age 79, of Winston, Georgia, passed away on August 26, 2025. She was born in Gainesville on August 22, 1946, daughter of the late Johnnie Leonard Southers and the late Sarah Kathleen Hulsey. She was a member of Ephesus Baptist Church. Brenda worked in risk management for Cleveland Electric for over 40 years. Her joy in life was spending time with her family. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her children: Craig Lee and his wife Patti, Nikki Geiger and her husband Eric, Jodie Stevenson and her husband Matt, Jamie Lee and his wife Crystal; grandchildren: Bre Geiger, Jordon Lee and his wife Angela, Maddie Geiger, Erika Geiger, Jackson Lee and his wife Tiffani, Alex Lee, Jacob Lee, Isabela Torres, Nate Sweeney, Josh Lee, MaLeah Sweeney; great-grandchildren: Harleigh Talton, Houston Jones, Jameson Lee.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James "Jim" Lee; son: Chris Lee. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who were blessed to know her.

The family will receive friends at Hightower's Memorial Chapel on Friday August 29, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

The funeral service will follow in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Dr. Billy Godwin officiating. Alex Lee, Jordon Lee, Jacob Lee, Josh Lee, Nate Sweeney and Brian Lee will serve as pallbearers.

Interment will follow at Cold Springs Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Alzheimer's Association www.alz.org.
