Brenda Sue Simmons

Brenda Sue (Smith) Simmons, age 47, passed away peacefully on Monday April 4, 2025 with her family by her side. Brenda was born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Luke Brown Smith and Ella Louise Smith. In addition to her mother, Ella, she is survived by her husband Hollis Simmons of Manchester, three brothers Jerry (Phyllis) Smith, Luke Smith Jr., and Jeffrey Smith all of Manchester; 8 nieces and nephews and 13 great nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in death by her father Luke Brown Smith. Brenda loved her family dearly. She also enjoyed attending church at Westside Church of the Nazarene in Tullahoma, TN and singing her favorite songs which include Victory in Jesus. The visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 1:00pm at Manchester Funeral Home on Monday April 7, 2025. The funeral service will begin at 1:00pm with internment to follow at Forrest Mills Cemetery.
