His Legacy Brett Joseph LaCruze, 63, passed away at home, February 1, 2024, from complications of heart failure. He was born on April 2, 1960, in Oscoda, Michigan to Joseph LaCruze and Marilyn (Horste) LaCruze. Brett married the love of his life, Sandra Macqueen, on July 23, 1993, in Greenfield Village, Michigan. Brett worked in the bowling industry for 39 years, starting at age 16. He loved his career, his life revolved around bowling. Brett was a hockey fan, and had season tickets for the Red Wings. He also enjoyed watching U of M games. Brett was laid back, he enjoyed bird watching and camping with his family. Brett was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
His Family Brett will be missed by his wife, Sandra LaCruze; daughter, Alexis LaCruze; mother, Marilyn (Horste) Copp; brother, Eric LaCruze; and numerous cousins in Michigan, Nevada and Florida. He is preceded in death by his father, Joseph LaCruze.
His Farewell Brett's family and friends will gather Thursday, February 8, 2024, from 3PM-8PM, at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel.
