Stidham, James
Pinckney, MI
His Legacy James Don Stidham, 68, passed away August 18, 2025. He was born on January 15, 1957, in Northville, Michigan to Shirley Don Stidham and Cecile Marie (Gibson) Stidham. Jim was a talented carpenter and owned Advance Countertops in Hamburg for many years. He enjoyed building rifles and taking part in historical re-enactments. Jim loved fishing and hunting. He was a bit of a rebel and did things his own way. Jim was not a big talker but was one of the kindest people and would help others over himself. He adored his mom and dedicated his life to taking care of her after her husband passed away. Jim was greatly loved by his family and friends and will be deeply missed.
His Family Jim will be missed by his longtime friend and love, Jenifer Dobrowolsky; children, Jamie Stidham, Jordan Stidham, Robert Stidham, Dawn Wylie, Angie Stidham; mother, Cecile Stidham; siblings, Marie (Joe) Veal, Mark (Tammy) Stidham; grandchildren, Donavin Rogers, Malachi Penley, Hayden Penley and numerous other grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father, Don Stidham; and brother, Ray Stidham.
His Farewell Jim's family and friends will gather Monday, August 25, 2025, from 10:00AM-12:00PM at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel. His Community Farewell will follow at 12:00PM. Pastor Dan Quagliata will serve as celebrant. Please leave a message of comfort for Jim's family at 1-877-231-7900, or sign his guestbook at www.borekjennings.com.
