In addition to his parents, Brian was preceded in death by grandchildren, Ronnie Tippett and Brandon Tippett.
Surviving are two sons, Justin Feltis and Jason Richards; a daughter, Candy Faunce; a brother, John Feltis; grandchildren, Kenzie and Tyler Richards, Hope and Hailey Faunce, and Brett Lagana.
A private service is planned.
Townson-Rose Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.

Brian was, and always will be, my big brother. I am deeply saddened by his passing. We shared a love for each other that only brothers can know. Love you forever Brian.

My uncle Brian was a solid kindhearted man, an incredible father and sweetest soul. I love how he was recently collecting Bibles at the thrift store and taking them down to a bridge to give to homeless people. He was such a good dad and loved going to the lake to name the ducks with his son.
