He was born on October 12, 1961 in Ocilla, Ga, to the late Donald and Joyce Mullis Griffin- making him and Ocilla native. He served his country as a Marine from 1979-1983 and was a truck driver for most of his life. When he was not working- he could be found spending time with family, fishing, and admiring old cars.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years- Rhonda Tapp Griffin, her son- Hershel (Desarae) Tapp, and two grandsons, his nephew Wade (Kimberly) Chaney, and their children- Abbie, Kaleb, Maddie, and Faith Chaney.
In addition to his parents- Brian was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
