Brian John "Bman" Higginbotham

Brian Higginbotham, 38, of Madison Street, Warwick, lovingly known as "Bman" to many of his closest friends and family, passed away on December 7, 2025, at Rhode Island Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Providence, he was the son of John Higginbotham and the late Carol Blythe Higginbotham.

Bman had a generous heart, a quick wit, and a kind spirit that could light up any room. He loved working with his hands-whether he was building with Legos, fixing things around the house, or firing up the grill for family and friends. He never turned down a good steak, a heavy metal song, or the chance to make someone laugh.

He was the kind of person who gave freely of himself and his time, always ready to lend a hand or share a thoughtful gift. His humor, warmth, and thoughtfulness touched everyone who knew him, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who loved him.

He is survived by his girlfriend of sixteen years, Amanda L. Crone, and her daughter Madison; his brother, Dennis Higginbotham, and his wife Cassie of West Warwick; his sister, Amy Rupp, and her husband Austin, and their son-his cherished nephew-Mitchell Rupp of Tiverton, RI; and, of course, one of his closest companions, his faithful dog Maggie, affectionately known as "Pups."

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home, 659 East Greenwich Avenue, West Warwick, RI, followed by a Funeral Service at 7:00 p.m. Burial will be private for the family.
