Brian Jordan, age 49, passed away on August 20, 2025. He was born on January 18, 1976, and throughout his life brought joy, laughter, and kindness to everyone who knew him. In his younger years, he loved participating in the Special Olympics, where his energy and determination shone brightly. A devoted fan of the New England Patriots and the Boston Red Sox, he rarely missed a chance to cheer on his favorite teams. He also enjoyed watching his favorite television show, Reba, which always brought him a smile. In 2011, he moved from New Hampshire to Rolla, Missouri, where he became part of Choices for People. He attended Day Services, where he built lasting friendships, enjoyed meaningful activities, and became a much-loved part of the program. Later, he made his home in an independent supported living residence, where he was surrounded by friends, staff, and a supportive environment that cared deeply for him until his passing. He will be remembered by many for his sense of humor, his easy laugh, and the way he brightened the day for those around him. He is survived by his brother, Jason Jordan of Massachusetts; his uncle, Charles Jordan of Massachusetts; his aunt, Laura Giboney of Rolla, Missouri; and his aunt, Mary Kamarath of Phoenix, Arizona. His family, along with his extended Choices family, will carry his memory with love and gratitude. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at James & Gahr Funeral Home in Rolla, Missouri. Visitation will take place from 12:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with graveside services immediately following at Walker Cemetery in Vichy, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made in his honor to Choices for People.
