After attending The Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY and completing his internship at the Duquesne Club in Pittsburgh, he found his second home at Hoffstot's Cafe Monaco in 1994 and had been there ever since. This is where he put his heart and soul. He believed that cooking was not just about food, but about creating an experience that brought people together in celebration.During his free time, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family and friends at the beach or at camp. He especially loved watching his three children play sports. Brian's kindness, passion, and laughter will be remembered always. Rest in peace, Brian.
