He was born in Massillon on January 13, 1963 to Allen and Charlotte (Gaut) Luckring and was a graduate of Fairless High School. He retired from the Wheeling and Lake Erie Railway.
He is survived by his long time companion of 37 years, Kathy Knight; a son Jordan (Macie) Knight of Massillon; a granddaughter, Finley, on the way; his parents of Brewster; a brother, Greg (Vicki) Luckring of Brewster; and a sister, Jodi (Josh) Specht of Doylestown, along with many nieces and nephews.
Brian has touched many lives through his involvement in youth coaching, and loved nothing more than coaching his own son in baseball. He spent his retired years on the golf course greens, as well as cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Following his wishes cremation will take place and no public services will be held.
