In loving memory of a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, cousin, and friend.
Brian Keith Meister, beloved husband of Susan Meister, passed away peacefully after a brief but valiant battle with cancer on October 23, 2025, surrounded by his family. He will be remembered for his boundless love, sharp wit, and unwavering devotion to his family and community.
Brian is survived by his cherished wife, Sue; his daughters and sons-in-law, Dr. Jennifer and Nicholas Denmon, and Samantha and Scott Rosen; and his adored grandchildren, Sloane (10) and Eliza (4) Denmon, and Oliver (7) and Jordan (4½) Rosen.
Born and raised in New York, Brian embodied intelligence, curiosity, and drive from a young age. He attended Nassau Community College, where he served as president of the Sigma Lambda Phi fraternity, and later continued his studies at Hofstra University.
Throughout their 45 years of marriage, Brian and Sue built a beautiful life together across the country-from New York to Texas, North Carolina, Florida, and most recently retired to Wesley Chapel, FL. His professional life was marked by dedication and integrity, from his early years with American Airlines to his leadership in the hospitality industry and later, partnering with Sue as small business owners of Image360 Lauderhill.
Brian's life was filled with passions that reflected his deep appreciation for joy and connection. He loved good food, good wine, and time spent on the water. His seder table was legendary-filled with laughter, tradition, and sometimes a multitude of family members gathered to celebrate together. He led these gatherings with pride, warmth, and humor, ensuring that everyone felt part of something meaningful.
Above all, Brian was a family man. He was steadfast in his love for Sue, proud of his daughters and their accomplishments, and overjoyed by the arrival of and relationships with his grandchildren. Whether singing family songs, grilling outdoors, or magically pulling coins from little ears, he brought a sense of wonder and love to every moment.

To Sue and Family,

It is with profound sadness and the heaviest of hearts that we, Brian's former colleagues and countless admirers in The Bahamas, extend our deepest and most heartfelt condolences on the passing of our dear friend and colleague. The loss is keenly felt across our islands, which he loved and served so devotedly.

We write today not only to mourn, but to acknowledge the extraordinary legacy he leaves behind. His work was not merely a career; it was a mission to bring as many visitors to the Radisson Cable Beach Hotel and Golf Course in The Bahamas as possible, flowering our economy and creating opportunities for thousands of Bahamians. We witnessed firsthand his passion, his relentless effort, and the sheer brilliance he brought to the effort on behalf of our beautiful nation.

We will forever cherish the wonderful memories we have of him-his insightful guidance, his infectious optimism, and his joining with us all to strive for excellence. We express our deepest gratitude for the time that he graced our lives. His presence uplifted our Bahamas Marketing Team, and his work continues to shape the prosperity of our islands.

Please know that his memory is held in the highest esteem by us all.

May his memory continue to bless us all and may he rest in peace.

With deepest sympathy,

Vincent Vanderpool-Wallace | Emmett Saunders | Kerry Fountain | Brendan Foulkes | Dr Lincoln Marshall | Vernice Walkine and countless others.
