Brian Alan Miller, age 47, passed away on September 19, 2025, in
Muskogee, Oklahoma. He was born on January 23, 1978, to Fred and Judy Miller in
Muskogee, Oklahoma. Growing up, he was the next-to-youngest of six children.
Brian would tell anyone that would listen to him that the most important thing he'd ever done in life is become a father to his two incredible sons. Known as "Uncle Bear" by his nieces and nephews, he cherished each and every one of them. He attended Muskogee High School and was well-known in the community as a salesman for Sadler Paper Company. He was incredibly proud of his position with Sadler, and quickly the company became more like an extra family rather than coworkers. If he ever got under-bid on a client, he would keep going back every month to ask if they needed anything, and more often than not, they would end up needing something and that always brought a smile to his face. He always took care of his customers and enjoyed meeting their needs and giving them a quality product.
He always had a network of friends and enjoyed going to the lake and making people laugh. Taking his boys on trips, four-wheeling, camping, boating and driving always brought the biggest smile to his face. He loved being outdoors by the fire and talking to his boys, teaching them whatever he could about life, and sharing stories about how different it was for him while he was growing up compared to the world they grew up in. He always wanted them to have a better life and succeed in anything they set out to do.
Brian is survived by his two sons, Joshua Miller and his fiancé Taylen Middendorf of Newalla, Oklahoma, and Alex Miller of
Fort Gibson, Oklahoma; Brother Brent and wife Kacie Miller of
Muskogee, Oklahoma and their children Lakota, Mason, Chloe, and Claire; Brother Blake Miller of
Muskogee, Oklahoma; Children of Trent Miller: Melony, Jeremy, and Myrita; Brother Kent Miller of Braggs, Oklahoma and his children Stormy, Mindy, and Misty; Sister Brenda Miller of
Fort Gibson, Oklahoma and her children Shalena and Travis; great-nephews, great-nieces, and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his Father, Fred Miller; Mother, Judy Miller; Brother, Trent Miller; and Brother, Rusty Miller.
