Brian K. “Peewee” Morrison, 61, passed away March 25, 2026 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Akron to the late Jack and Elizabeth (Millhoff) Morrison and was a 1982 Springfield High School graduate. Brian was passionate about music and was very giving towards others, always willing to lend a helping hand. He will be missed.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his niece, Candice. He is survived by his siblings, Denise (David) Darrow, Kevin (Laura) Morrison and Jack (Kathy) Morrison; nieces and nephews, Amy Darrow, Jeffrey Morrison, Michael (Kimberly) Morrison, Crystal Morrison and Christopher (Samatha) Baker; and several great-nieces and nephews.
Special thanks to Laura for all the care she provided for Brian. Also a special thank you to Jonah Koslen and the music family for the many years of being part of Stage Pass Now.
Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and a private celebration of life will be held later. Donations can be made to Summa Hospice, the American Cancer Society of the charity of your choosing in remembrance of Brian.
