Brian Keith Pitts, age 49, of Brentwood, TN, passed away unexpectedly on February 16, 2023. He was born in Cameron, Texas on April 4, 1973. In 1987, his family moved to Murfreesboro, TN, where Brian attended Riverdale High School. He received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University. In 2010, Brian married the love of his life, Megan, and they have three wonderful children together.
After obtaining his degree, Brian quickly gained his "real world experience" in business and sales. Then having an entrepreneurial spirit, he fulfilled his dream of starting his own company, Cabling Innovations, in Nashville, TN.
Brian was a family man, who loved Megan and their children dearly. If he knew you, he loved you. His family and friends knew him to be kind, caring, thoughtful, strong, resilient, dependable, faithful, protective, witty, and fun loving. Foremost in his life, Brian loved the Lord, and worked every day to instill that love in his children's hearts as well.
Brian is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Megan Ivey Pitts; children, Cooper West Pitts, Cameron Leigh Pitts, Carolina Avery Pitts; mother, Linda Joan Pitts; father, Joseph Kennon (Kimberly) Pitts; sister, Jennifer Dawn Pitts; niece, Mikayla Joan Pitts; special uncle, Timothy Paul (Leigh Ann) Pitts; cousins, Lisa Robin Pitts, Lucas Ryan Pitts, Bexleigh Oaklynn Pitts.
Brian was a member of Brentwood Baptist Church, where a Celebration of Life will be officiated by Dr. Michael Glenn at 3:00 on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 in Baskin Chapel. A time of visitation with the family will be held in the Atrium from 1:00 - 3:00. The church is located at 7777 Concord Road, Brentwood, TN 37027.
