Brian Eugene Shoemaker, 61, of Kingston, passed away peacefully on February 28, 2026 at Riverside Hospital, following a sudden illness surrounded by loved ones. He was born on June 30, 1964, in Chillicothe, Ohio. Brian was preceded in death by his mother Willa (Birchwell) Shoemaker. He is survived by his father, Raymond Shoemaker; daughters, Tasha Shoemaker and Tabitha Shoemaker; nephew Raymond (Dakota) Jenkins; and sister Nedra Jenkins; and numerous other family members and friends whom he cherished.
Brian was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, and mushroom hunting. He was a member of Hallsville Community Church. He attended Zane Trace Local School. Brian worked at Walmart Distribution for 20+ years. He made everyone around him feel special and loved.
A Celebration of Life will be held on March 14, 2026 from 12pm-3pm at the Colerain TWP Fire Dept Annex located at 49 Whisler Road, Hallsville, OH 45644. Friends and family are welcome to stop by and pay their respects and share memories.
