Brian Lynn Thomas, born on February 8, 1964, in Alliance, Ohio, passed away on March 17, 2026, in Beloit, Ohio. He was a graduate of West Branch Local Schools, Brian cultivated a deep appreciation for the outdoors from an early age. He cherished hunting for arrowheads, metal detecting, and spending time at the beach, constantly drawn to the natural world and its many wonders. His love of cars and passion for collecting found him enthusiastically exploring for unique items, reflecting a curious mind and a sense of adventure.
Brian is survived by his daughters, Deidre Thomas, and Maila Thomas. He was also a beloved grandfather to Landon Thomas, Kaydien Monroy, Jonah Monroy, and Mia Stiffler, who brought great happiness to his later years. Brian's family includes his sister, Kimberly (Dean) Kuszmaul; his brothers, Chad Thomas and Tony (Kelly) Pasco; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gary Thomas and LaVonne Smarr; his siblings, Craig Thomas, Jerry Pasco, Sheri Winland; as well as his stepmother Mickie Thomas and stepfather Bill Smarr.
Per his request cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown Funeral Home, Sebring Chapel, (330) 938-2526, www.grfuneralhome.com.
