It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Brianna Tyler, 21, on September 15th, 2025". Brianna was born and raised in Centerville, Iowa to Deneen Lynette Carder and Russell Clark. Brianna graduated from Centerville High School in 2023 and then earned her CNA from Indian Hills Community College in 2024. In her short time, she was able to establish a career for 5 years in the nursing field. She had recently moved to Cedar Rapids to advance her career and life experience. She had a natural talent for care-taking that was evident in how she showed up for others. She was a great support to many families and children. Brianna so many accomplishments from being a self-reliant at a young age, to moving into her first house, achieving her education goals, moving to a new city, and purchasing her first brand new car. She was the bravest adult while still being a kid at heart. She loved everything "Nightmare Before Christmas", collected Pokeman, bowling, and the love for shoes was real.

She is survived by her siblings (Hunter Tyler, Mikayla Elam, Axel Clark), father (Russell Clark), aunts (Deena Downey-Pata, Deanna Michelle Manning), paternal grandmother (Carol Parker).

She was preceded in death by her mother (Deneen Lynette Carder), maternal grandmother (Nancy Doreen Huffman).

A special thanks to Jolynn Bradley and Chloie Smith for taking care, supporting, and loving Brianna through the years.

Service will be held at Thomas Funeral Home in Centerville, IA on September 23, 2025, from 3-5pm. Condolences may be shared at www.thomasfh.com or facebook.com/thomasfuneralhome.
