Kinsman, Ohio- Brice Oren Tricker, age 94, died Friday, December 5, 2025, at Hospice House in Poland,OH. He was born October 30, 1931, in Gustavus, Ohio, a son of Lawrence Otha Tricker and Marjorie Marian (Sharpe). A lifelong area resident, Brice began his journey of hard work at the age of 15 and worked on his Uncle Henry's farm for $1 a day plus his board. Following his high school graduation in 1950 from Kinsman High School Brice joined the U.S. Navy serving from January 8, 1951 until November 10, 1954. He served in the Korean War aboard the USS Gainard and the USS Stoddard as a Boiler Tender 3rd Class. On September 17, 1955, he married Marjorie Ann (Whitmore). Brice went on to work for Republic Steel in Warren for 34 years until 1984. He also owned and operated Tricker Spray Service for white washing dairy farms. Brice also completed training for Jayco Corp. and did warranty work on RVs; and was employed as a driver for Induction Services. Brice was a long time member of the Kinsman Presbyterian Church where he was active in the Men's Organization. He was a lifetime member of the VFW #1090 in Warren and of the Harry Lees American Legion Post #506 in Kinsman. Brice loved spending time with his family and having coffee with his group of friends for the past 35 years. He owned antique cars that he enjoyed working on, and tinkering on small engines repairing them and just puttering around his shop. He also was an avid boater. He is survived by his daughter, Anita Ann (Curtis) Bell of Cortland,OH; his son, Brian Allen (Danielle) Tricker of Howland,OH; 2 grandchildren, Bryce R. (Sarah) Tricker and Brianna M. (Benjamin) Cole; a great-granddaughter, Isabella D. Tricker; his sister, Ardell Alfonsi of Kinsman,OH, and his brother, Duane Tricker of Kinsman, OH. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife on Jan. 4, 2016; his brother, Lanny Tricker; and 2 sisters, Elgene Bland and Clarene Smith. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Kinsman Presbyterian Church, 6383 Church St., Kinsman, OH, with calling hours from 11:00 AM until the time of service. A private burial will be in Kinsman Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kinsman Presbyterian Church, P.O.
