Bridget Ann Therasse

Bridget Ann Therasse (nee Ehlen), age 67, went to be with the Lord on May 17, 2024. She was born June 23, 1956 in Detroit to Sarah (nee Sheehan) and Joseph Ehlen. Bridget graduated from Shrine High School in 1975 and was employed for 35 years by Beaumont Hospital.
Characterized by a unique blend of humor, love, and strength, Bridget was simply a lover of people. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren and especially loved family gatherings.
She is the loving mother to Megan (Mark) Bailey, Ryan Therasse, Colin Therasse, and the late Craig Therasse. Also survived by the father of her children, Robert Therasse. In addition to her children, Bridget is the cherished grandmother to Kynlee Therasse, Abigail Bailey, Lincoln Therasse, Caleb Therasse. She is also survived by her siblings, Tim Ehlen, Chris (Mary) Ehlen, Mary (the late Keith) Haight, Eileen (Frank) Hathaway, Joseph (Sarah) Ehlen, Judith (Robert) Zabik, Nancy (Lorenzo) Lo Piccolo, Jennifer (John) Conely, many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. Bridget is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Sally Ehlen, her son, Craig Therasse, and her mother-in-law Nancy Therasse.
Friends may visit at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 1368 N. Crooks Road (between 14-15 Mile Roads) Clawson, Monday, May 20th, 2-8pm. A prayer service will take place on Monday at 7pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary Catholic Church, 730 S. Lafayette Ave., Royal Oak, Tuesday, May 21st, 10am. Friends may visit at church beginning at 9:30am. Burial will be in Oakview Cemetery, Royal Oak.
