Brittany A. Bilodeau, 27, of Gorham, passed away on September 7, 2025, at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Berlin, NH, on February 9, 1998, the daughter of Patrick Bilodeau and Michelle (Couture) Bilodeau. Brittany was a lifelong resident of the area, attending both Berlin and Gorham schools.
You rarely saw Brittany without her phone in her hand, whether she was talking or video chatting — and her unfiltered sense of humor always came through, “with cheese.” She loved spending time with her family and friends, watching movies, reading, and she had an extra-special place in her heart for Lilo & Stitch. From the movies to her collectibles and keepsakes, Stitch wasn’t just a favorite character — he was part of her world. Among the people she held closest to her heart was her grandmother Alice “Meme” Piattoni, with whom she shared an unbreakable bond and whose love shaped so much of her life.
Brittany is survived by her mother, Michelle Bilodeau, and her longtime partner, Christopher Pinard, whom Brittany lovingly considered a stepfather, of Gorham; god-sister Kendra Steller of Berlin; stepbrothers Anthony Pinard of Groveton, NH, and Dominic Pinard of Indiana; her paternal grandmother, Evette Morel of Killeen, TX; her uncles Mark Couture of Gorham, Steve Couture of Berlin, and James Tibbetts of Berlin; her uncles Jason Bilodeau and wife Myla of Temple, TX, and Louis Bilodeau and wife Leora of Killeen, TX; several cousins, including Emma and her dad, Barry Ducharme of Berlin; and many close friends, including Richie, Hannah, Nicole, and JC.
She was predeceased just one month ago by her father, Patrick Bilodeau; her maternal grandfather, Paul Couture; her maternal grandmother, Alice “Meme” Piattoni, with whom she was exceptionally close; her paternal grandfather, Louis John Bilodeau I; her cousin, Ashley Couture; and Linda Raymond, Christopher’s mother, whom Brittany considered a grandmother. In their passing so close together, Brittany and her dad are now reunited.
A Celebration of Life will be held privately at the convenience of her family. Arrangements are entrusted to the Bryant Funeral Homes of Berlin & Gorham, NH. Those who wish may make donations to assist with funeral expenses, which can be made directly to Bryant Funeral Homes, by visiting www.bryantfuneralhome.net/payments
