Brooke Lynn Rivet, age 35, passed away on September 25, 2025. She was born on July 10, 1990, to Whitmel Rivet Jr. and Eva Esponge Rivet.
She is survived by her loving mother, Eva Esponge Rivet; her siblings Ryan Rivet (Kelcie) and Brennon Rivet; her nephew Cameron Wale; her children, Tahj Dolliole, Kasen Rivet, and Mylah Rivet; as well as her six aunts, four uncles, and thirty-five cousins and many family members and friends who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.
She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Zhane Dolliole, her father, Whitmel Rivet Jr., and her grandfather, Ellis Esponge Jr.
Brooke had a lifelong love of animals. From reptiles to dogs to squirrels, she cared for them all. While working at a pet shop, she often brought animals home herself to ensure they found loving forever homes. Her compassion for creatures big and small reflected her naturally giving spirit.
Above all, Brooke was devoted to her children. She loved cheering them on at their games, seeing them smile, and making memories together. She will be remembered most for the joy she found in simple moments with those she loved most, her big heart and the way she was always willing to lend a hand, a laugh or a little extra love.
Her mother, Eva, will especially treasure the fun they shared together and the joy of Brooke’s humor, warmth, and friendship. To all who knew her, Brooke will be remembered as funny, kind, and fiercely loving.
Brooke’s time here was far too short, but the love she gave will continue to live on in her children, her family and all whose lives she touched.
