Survived by his wife and soul mate Jean Locey and brothers Mark and Stuart.
An artist, educator, bird lover and world traveler.
Bruce's curiosity, creativity and sense of social justice
were an inspiration to the many people he met on his life journey.
He will be missed by everyone he touched along the way.

A private memorial ceremony will be held.
