Bruce Langley Obituary
Bruce Langley, 91, of Wilson passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2024. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, November 11, 2024, in Princeton Cemetery, Donnie H. Boulevard, Princeton. Pastor Derek Bossolono will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Sunday evening November 10, 2024, at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.
Bruce is survived by his loving wife of sixty-six years, Evelyn Langley; sons, Jerry Ray Langley and wife, Lynn of Pikeville, and David Lee Langley and wife, Darlene of Wilson’ grandsons, Matthew David Langley and wife, Christie, and Brandon David Langley; granddaughter, Rachel Leigh Langley; great-grandsons, David and Daniel Langley, and his sister, Christine Shelton.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary Langley and a brother and sister.
The family would like to thank Gentiva Hospice of Wilson and Rocky Mount and a special thank you to his caregivers, Wanda Edwards, Linda Durham, Billie Jo Strickland, Elizabeth Parrish, Rhonda Karwick, and Chasity Parrish for their care and compassion given to Bruce.
