I've known Bruce most of my life. He was a very special person and friend. I always had and will hold a place in my heart for this awesome man. One of my favorite memories was our spur of moment jump in the car and just drive to anywhere trips without a plan......

Today out of the blue, I got the urge to see if I could locate some contact info on Bruce. I hadn't seen him or stayed in touch, since about 2008, when he and his wife and daughter were attending/staffing a Bluegrass festival in the North Carolina mountains.
I was his room mate in Rota, Spain where we were both stationed while serving in the Navy and worked at the Aircraft Intermediate Maintenance Department. We had some interesting times together in that far away place and I will always hold a special place in my heart for him. We were on different paths after the Navy, but I wouldn't have wanted to replace him as my flat mate for anything or anyone at the time! Play football with the angels my friend!

Bruce and i go way back, he was my neighbor and friend. I met Bruce because of our love for horses and our many mutual friends. Bruce always kept in touch, months would go by and then Bruce would call. I appreciated those calls because I know how busy things get. I will truly miss hearing your voice and seeing you pop up out of nowhere. RIP dear friend......Maggie May
