Bruce Randall Obituary

Bruce A. Randall, a beloved master plumber and owner of D&B Plumbing and Heating, passed away Sunday, February 1, 2026, in his cherished hometown of Washington, where he was born October 26, 1950. He was a man of extraordinary spirit, who devoted over 50 years of his life to his craft. Bruce's path was illuminated by the many lights of his life: his family, friends, and the community he loved so dearly. A proud alumnus of Trinity High School, Class of 1968, Bruce carried the friendships made there throughout his life. An honorably discharged veteran of the United States Army, he served his country with pride and returned home to build a legacy that would be felt by all who knew him. In 1979, Bruce married his loving wife, Diana Lindeman Randall, who held a special place in his heart until her passing. Together, they created a home filled with love and laughter. He leaves behind his children, Scott (Janet) Randall, Ace (Autumn) Randall, and Elizabeth (Robert) Litman. Each son and daughter brought him immeasurable joy, and as a father, his proudest accomplishments were his children and family. He leaves behind his seven grandchildren, Emily, Stephen, Owen, Alaina, Maddison, Jackson and Walker, each of whom he cherished and adored, ensuring that his legacy of love and kindness would continue to flourish through them. He was preceded in death by his son, Eric Randall; his parents, Arthur and Alice (Pettit); and his brother, Richard Randal. Bruce was known not only for his talents as a craftsman, but also for his vibrant personality that lit up every room. The life of the party, he had an infectious spirit that drew people in. He immersed himself in the joy of singing karaoke, treating everyone around him with performances that mirrored his zest for life. He was an amazing cook and baker, especially celebrated for his delicious pies. His love of the game of golf intertwined with his appreciation for nature, leading him to find solace on the greens. He also leaves behind his brother, Lee (Debra) Randall; and sister, Cheryl Randall. His legacy will not only be defined by the family he adored, but by the countless lives he touched through his generosity and heartfelt desire to help others. Friends and family will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, February 7, in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where a funeral service will take place at 7:30 p.m. Military Honors will be accorded by the Edwin Scott Linton American Legion Post #175. Burial will be private.
