He was born February 27, 1955, in Warren, OH, the son of Richard C. Rice and Shirley B. (Burns) Rice.
Bruce was retired. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Bruce enjoyed watching football, golfing, fishing, listening to music, and get-together's with family.
He is survived by his mother, Shirley Rice; two sisters, Pamela (Bill Lewis) Reed and Cindy (Phil) Kohler; two brothers, Jeffrey Rice and Todd (Rosemary) Rice.; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Per his wishes there will be no services or calling hours. He will be laid to rest in Evergreen Cemetery in Bristol, OH.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
