Bryan Franklin Brinson, 60, of rural Wabash, Indiana, died at 8:28 pm, Friday, October 31, 2025, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. He was born on September 25, 1965, in Wabash, to Hugh Franklin and Hazel Marie (Ward) Brinson.
Bryan was a graduate of Wabash High School. He was a US Army veteran. Bryan married Melissa Ann Beckham in Wabash on June 12, 2001. He worked at Container Corporation in Wabash for 26 years. Bryan was a member of Southside Free Will Baptist Church in Wabash. He enjoyed working, was a very active outdoorsman such as, fishing, hunting, mushroom hunting, and planting his garden. Bryan loved his animals, Adi, Molly, and Buddy, but nothing was greater than spending time with his family, especially his grandkids.
He is survived by his wife, Melissa Ann Brinson of Wabash, four children, Nicholas (Ashlee Richards) Brinson, Jacob Brinson, and Michael (Amanda) Stevenson all of Wabash, and Mary (Chris) Stevenson-Oman of Fort Wayne, Indiana, nine grandchildren: Braddley Adleman, Pyper Brinson, Carsyn Stevenson, Carter Stevenson, Logan Stevenson, and Landon Stevenson, seven step grandchildren: Ziva Oman, Christopher Oman, Jr., Zachary Oman, Skylar Richards, Kylee Richards, Rylan Richards, and Jaxon Meagher, and two brothers, Neil Anderson and Dave (Shirley) Anderson, both of Wabash. He was preceded in death by his parents, and daughter, Chrystal Marie Stevenson.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am, Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Avenue, Wabash, with Pastor Tim Webb officiating. Burial will be in Falls Cemetery, Wabash. Friends may call 9:00 - 11:00 am, Tuesday, at the funeral home.
Preferred memorial is Southside Free Will Baptist Church.
