Bryant Alexander Ferguson of Las Vegas, NV, passed away Thursday, August 26, 2021, at the age of 26. His loss was unexpected and the family is shocked and deeply saddened.

He was born January 25, 1995 in Lake Havasu, AZ to Summer Straus and Bryan Ferguson, and was welcomed home by his big brother Pierce Ferguson.

In 1999, his family moved to Las Vegas where Bryant spent his childhood. Among many interests, Bryant was passionate about playing sports, and he learned to play the guitar and violin.

From the age of 18 through 21, Bryant resided in Grand Junction, CO, where he worked as an HVAC fabricator.

In 2013, Bryant became a big brother to Gabriel Straus, whom he loved and adored.

In 2017, Bryant's first Child was born. He treasured being a father to Thomas and was looking forward to the birth of his second child, due Christmas Day.

Anyone that knew Bryant knew that he has an enormous, generous heart. He enjoyed helping and giving to others, even when he had little to give. He tried to always be there for his family and friends – whether it was to listen, talk things through, or to offer his support. Bryant was known to always have a shoulder to lean on, or one to cry on. Bryant had the gift of making people smile, whether you were a loved one, a friend, or a stranger passing by.

Bryant was a loving and committed father, son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend. Bryant's passing has left an emptiness in the hearts of his family and friends.

He is survived by his partner, Jolea Esplin, and their unborn child; his son Thomas (Christina Forte); his parents, Summer Straus and Bryan Ferguson; brothers, Pierce Ferguson and Gabriel Straus; grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many, many friends.
