Bryce Alexander Wilson, 17, of Fort Worth, TX, passed away on February 23, 2026. Though his life was brief, he made a lasting impact on those who knew and loved him.
Bryce is survived by his parents, Kimberly Barber and Tyrone Wilson, as well as his siblings Montae Barber, Montrel Clayton, Tyshae Barber Spears, Alaisha Barber, and Kemble Rigsby.
Bryce was an eleventh grader at Young Men's Leadership Academy (YMLA), studying business and engineering. During his time at YMLA, Bryce was in JROTC, a cross-country runner, and a frequent school volunteer. From a young age, Bryce had a deep fascination with trains and airplanes and dreamed of one day becoming a pilot. As he grew older, that passion developed into an interest in the business side of aviation. Friends and family admired his ambition and the excitement he had for his future career.
Bryce loved listening to music and playing video games, hobbies that brought him joy and allowed him to connect with friends. He was deeply committed to his academics, constantly improving his class rank, and took great pride in his school achievements, always working hard and striving to succeed. He also loved his family and friends, who will miss him dearly.
Bryce's kindness, ambition, and humble spirit will be remembered, and his light will continue to shine in the lives of all who knew and loved him.
"We do not grieve as others do who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him."
1 Thessalonians 4:13-14
