Born in Brooklyn, NY, Burnnett spent many cherished years in Queens before making Cotuit, MA her home 34 years ago. She was the proud co-owner of ABP Liquor, Inc. in Queens and later gave her time generously as a volunteer for the American Red Cross in Hyannis.

Her gentle nature, radiant smile, and playful sense of humor left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.
She now reunites with her devoted husband, Alexander Plummer, who passed in 2005. Left to cherish her memory are her son Douglas and his wife Deborah Hinds of New Jersey, and her daughter Doreen and her husband Kenneth Lawrence of Mashpee.
She is also lovingly remembered by her siblings and their spouses: Alma and Errol Toulon Sr., Theresa and Earl Wilbekin, Lallarb Liles-Cason, and Rev. Edward and Vernell Mack.
