Caleb Newton Meister, 35, of Moultrie, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2024.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday, September 30, 2024, at Heritage Church with Rev. Dr. Jimmy Voyles and Rev. Stephen Adcock officiating. Joshua Meister, Jonah Meister, Ryan Diers, Reid Diers, Adam Wood, and Jonathan Meister will serve as pallbearers. Brent Allen and Wilson Horne will be honorary pallbearers. Interment will follow at Deep Bottom Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1:00-3:00 PM on Monday, September 30, 2024, at Heritage Church.
Born on November 29, 1988, in Albany, Georgia, to Kim Kelley of Moultrie and Bob Meister of Norman Park. Caleb was a loving husband, father, son, and brother. He had a smile that would light up the room and never met a stranger. He spread love, hope, and compassion wherever he went touching countless lives of others. The love for his family and friends was evident in every aspect of his life. Caleb was the co-owner of Kelley Meister Insurance Services.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Jerry Meister.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Megan Hill Meister of Moultrie; sons, Samuel, Issac, and Isaiah Meister all of Moultrie; daughter, Mila Avila of Moultrie; brothers, Joshua Meister and wife Jackie of Moultrie, and Jonah Meister and wife Anna of Moultrie; and grandparents, Randall and Jeanette Kelley of Moultrie.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
