He was born on July 5, 1961 in Clarion to the Donna (Hunsberger) and the late Robert Hartzell Sr.
Calvin enjoyed fishing, going for walks, wrestling, and bingo. He loved to go to church and spend time with wife and grandkids.
Calvin is survived by his wife Jane Long of Clarion; mother Donna Hartzell of Clarion; his children Windy (Justin) Barr of Strattanville, Calvin Long Jr. of Clarion, James (Carla Fox) Long of Clarion, and Holly (Shane Lockwood) Long of Strattanville; grandchildren Landon Corle, Adrienne Corle, Madison Corle, Keisha Corle, Kingston Corle, Kammi Long, Aliza Long, Colton Long, Truly Long and Paisley Long. He is also survived by his siblings Robert Hartzell Jr., Vince Hartzell, Eric Hartzell, Don Hartzell, Sue Hartzell, Roberta Carl.
He was preceded in death by his father Robert Hartzell Sr, aunt Lyvonne Hickman, and nephew Robert Hunt.
Friends and family will be received from 5pm to 6pm at the Clarion Bible Fellowship: 22631 Route 68 Clarion, PA 16214. A funeral service will follow at the church with Worship Leader Gina DeLair officiating.
Arrangements are under the care of the Goble Funeral Home & Crematory, 330 Wood St, Clarion.
Memorial donations may be made to Goble Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
