Camelina is survived by her loving family: husband of 55 years, Hector Atkinson; children, Hector Atkinson, Jr. and his wife Veronica, Raul Atkinson and his wife Diana, Sam Atkinson and his wife Amy, Clarissa Aguilar and her husband Ramiro and a nephew whom she and Hector raised as their own, Robert Ashleigh Whitten; grandchildren, Ben Lopez (Kristy), Amanda Guzman (Cesar), Hector Atkinson, III (Cristina), Heather Atkinson, Santos Atkinson, Raul Atkinson, Jr. (Eva), Jacob Atkinson (Caroline), Alec Atkinson, Sam Atkinson, Jr., A.J. Atkinson, Andrew Aguilar, and Arissa Aguilar; great grandchildren, Sarah, Aiden, Andrea, Adalynn, Nevaeh, Hailey, Ivory, Andrew, Matthew, Joshua, Madison, Olivia, and Luke; sisters, Cecilia Hinojosa, Chela Garza, Carmen Anderson, Cathy Garcia, and Carolina Anthony. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends. She will be greatly missed.
The Atkinson family would like to send a special thank you to the Benny Newby family for their love and support.
As per Camelina's wishes, there will not be funeral services scheduled at this time.
