She was born February 19, 1996 in Texas a daughter of Lee McWain and Debra Small of Columbus. Carissa was a member of Twin Rivers Baptist Church.
On October 9, 2021, she married Logan Teubert who survives with her parents and her brother Will McWain of Indiana.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, August 22, 2025, at Twin Rivers Baptist Church with burial following in Tunnel Cemetery. Friends may call at the Church from 11:00 am until the hour of the service. McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements and messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
Memorial contributions to the funeral home to assist with the funeral expenses will be appreciated.
