Carl Andreini Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Beinhauer Family Funeral Homes - Peters Township - McMurray on Nov. 9, 2022.
Age 89 passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 6, 2022. Beloved husband of Gail Andreini; loving father of Sheila Odom, Steven(Darcie) Andreini and Bruce(Hilary) Andreini; treasured grandfather of Garret, Shain, Sarah, Madelyn and Siena; proud great grandfather of Jackson, Bryson and Finley; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his brother Al Andreini and son-in-law Jerry Odom.
Carl was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a son of the late Mario and Rose Andreini.
After graduating from South Hills High School he served in the U.S. Army, spending time in Japan during his tour of duty.
He married his loving wife Gail in 1959, celebrating 63 years of together this past June. Early in their marriage he attended night school at Duquesne University where he obtained his business degree.
After spending time with Allstate Insurance early in his career, he spent the bulk of his work life at Fireman's Fund Insurance, retiring as a Manager in the Personal Lines department.
Carl lived a full and accomplished life. We celebrate his love of laughter and his tremendous work ethic, which he instilled in his children and grandchildren. We remember how much he loved cars, golfing, Steelers football and above all, laughing and enjoying the company of his family and friends. He and Gail also loved to travel, touring Europe, cruising the Caribbean, and road tripping around the United States in their RV. They were also fortunate enough to be snow birds during retirement, spending their winters in Florida, where they met new friends and stayed active. He will be greatly missed.
