Carl Lawrence "Larry" Haseley Jr., 63, of Biloxi, MS passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2025, in Biloxi. Born on June 15, 1961, in Mobile, AL, Larry lived a life filled with a vibrant passion for living. He was a proud graduate of St. Martin High School, were he excelled of the baseball and football fields, showcasing his athletic abilities and leadership skills. Honors such as being named in Who's Who and recognition from the Science Club highlighted is dedication to his studies and activities. Larry also spent his formative years as a dedicated member of the Boy Scouts of America, demonstrating courage and commitment throughout his youth.
Larry continued his education at the University of South Alabama, exploring his interests and aspirations before embarking on a rewarding career at Regions Bank. He treasured this position until health issues necessitated his retirement.
In his leisure time, Larry found joy in the simple pleasures of life. Whether it was playing golf, cheering for his favorite football teams, or enjoying online gaming (MMO, SWTOR, and Dungeon and Dragons) with dear friends, the connections he created during these moments were incredible meaningful to him. Family was at the heart of Larry's life, serving as a cornerstone of his existence. Larry faced life's challenges with a strength that inspired those around him. Resilient and determined, he was a fighter who never wavered in his love for his family and friends. Larry leaves behind a legacy of cherished memories that will forever warm our hearts.
Larry was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Mary Ann Haseley; paternal grandparents, Lawrence and Ruth Haseley; and maternal grandparents, John and Dorothy Duke.
He is lovingly survived by his father, Carl Lawrence Haseley Sr.; brother, Greg Haseley; sister, Becky Rogers; nephew, Bryon "B.J." Rogers Jr. (Loren); niece, Samantha Suarez (Christian); as well as two great-nephews, Tristan Suarez and River Rogers, and two great-nieces, Hayden Williams and Hadley Kirk Rogers.
As we gather to honor Larry's memory, let us celebrate the incredible man he was, the love he gave freely, and the indelible mark he left on our lives. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at Southern Mississippi Funeral Services Chapel, 6631 Washington Ave.,
Ocean Springs, MS 39564 from 9:30am - 11:00am with service beginning at 11:00am. A Celebration of life will follow at Bryon "B.J." Rogers Jr. home in Vancleave, MS.
