Carl Roger Mullins

Carl Roger Mullins, age 91, of Livonia, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on November 1, 2025, at his residence surrounded by his loved ones.

Carl was born January 12, 1934, in Pike County, Kentucky, the son of the late Carl and Georgia (Stacey) Mullins.

Carl served in the United States Navy from October 1954 thru October 1958. Carl married the love of his life, "Suzie" on August 20, 1956, in Clintwood, Virginia. When he left the Navy in 1958, they moved from Kentucky to Michigan where they started their family, built a wonderful life together and had two children, Kim and Larry. His faith was strong, his love for the Lord just shined through him. He loved to be outside doing yard work and spending time with friends and family.

Carl was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Phyllis Sue Mullins and his son, Larry Stephen Mullins. Carl is survived by his daughter, Kim (Eric) Celmer; daughter-in-law, Ann Mullins; 4 grandkids, Michael (Jeanette) Mullins, Jason Mullins, Kristie (Josh) Parrish and Ryan Celmer; great grandkids, Brendan Tuggle, Noah Tuggle and Nora Parrish. He also leaves behind many friends and family who will miss him dearly.

Carl's family will receive guests on Saturday, November 8, beginning at 9 am until the 11 am funeral service, at the funeral home.

Interment will immediately follow at Glen Eden Memorial Park in Livonia.

In lieu of customary remembrances, memorial tributes are suggested to Angela Hospice in Livonia.
