Carl worked for the state garage for about a decade before going to work with his family at Weston's Mobil in Houlton. He would spend the next twenty years working beside his father and mother helping turn wrenches and run the store. He was an avid tinkerer and motorcycle enthusiast and was always ready with a quick joke and a story.
He is survived by his wife, Carmen Weston of Houlton, his daughter Cassidy Dow of Oswego, NY., his parents Daniel "Danny" and Linda Weston of Houlton, his siblings, Karen and Kyle Carmichael of Houlton and Kevin and Kristie Weston of Houlton, his nieces and nephews; Samuel and Hannah Carmichael of Princeton, N.C., Joel Carmichael, Sophie Weston and Jameson Weston all of Houlton, as well as many aunts uncles and cousins.
He was predeceased by his paternal and maternal grandparents.
A graveside funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at 11:00AM at the Evergreen Cemetery in Houlton with Lois Flewelling officiating.
