Carla was born on January 10, 1958 in Orange, NJ. She was the daughter of Antoinette (nee DeGruccio) and Carmine Magnotta. Carla grew up in Millburn where she spent the majority of her life until moving to Springfield recently. She graduated from Millburn High School.
Carla was employed as an Administrative Assistant for the West Orange Board of Education until her retirement.
Carla is survived by her brother, Anthony Magnotta, her goddaughter, Sarah Beyer and godson, Mark Magnotta. She was predeceased by her parents and her brother, James Magnotta.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial visitation on Tuesday, September 2nd from 5:00-7:00 PM at Paul Ippolito Summit Memorial, 7 Summit Ave, Summit, NJ. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 3rd at 10:00 AM St. Rose of Lima Church, 50 Short Hills Ave, Short Hills, NJ. Interment will be private.
