Carlena was born on Tuesday, October 27, 1936, in Gainesboro, Tennessee, and she was the daughter of the late Carlos Ragland and the late Clara Ola (Elrod) Ragland.
Carlena is survived by her 4 Siblings, Joyce Hale, Bob Ragland, Jim Ragland, and his wife, Cathy, and Pattye Ragland; A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
In addition to her parents, Carlena was preceded in death by her husband, Murray Ramson; Claude Lee Ragland and his wife, Joy, Davis Ragland, and Herman Ragland and his wife, Mary Ellen; Brother-in-law, Billy Hale.
Carlena chose cremation, the family followed her wishes, and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
