Carlos was born in Bronx, NY to Alfonso Lopez and Antonia (Davis) Lopez on February 8, 1958. He married Maria Lebron on February 25, 2023 in Woodbridge, Va. He had an associates degree in social work. He worked as a substance abuse counselor in Arlington, Alexandria and Prince William County in Virginia for 20 years.
Carlos is preceded in death by his father Alfonso Lopez and mother Antonia (Davis) Lopez.
Carlos is survived by his wife Maria Lebron, 2 sisters Elizabeth Alicea and Lucy Butler, 3 step children, 10 step grand children, 2 step great grand children, many other family members and friends.
