Carmela DiPuma Obituary
Carmela was born in Canicatti, Sicily to her late parents, Angelo and Rosaria Avanzato on October 5, 1947. She was a homemaker, enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking her famous Italian cookies and most of all, cherished spending time with her family & friends. She will be missed beyond measure.
Carmela is survived by her beloved husband Antonio of 54 years & 3 children Ray, Antoinette & her husband Frank, Rosaria, grandchildren Anthony, Nicholas, and Sabrina. She is predeceased by her siblings Dina & Salvatore
A visitation for Carmela will be held at Silverton Memorial Funeral Home, 2482 Church Road Toms River NJ on Thursday, August 28th from 4 to 8. Funeral Mass Friday, 11:00 AM at Church of the Visitation, Brick, NJ. Entombment will follow at Ocean County Memorial Park Association, Silverton, NJ.
