Carmen Violeta Peña, de Coventry, Rhode Island, anteriormente de Boca Canasta, República Dominicana, falleció el 12 de Octubre de 2025 a la edad de 85 años. A Carmen Violeta le sobreviven sus hijos. El velatorio se realizará en la Funeraria Brady & Fallon, ubicada en la calle Tower 10 (frente a la estación Forest Hills MBTA), Jamaica Plain, el Lunes 20 de Octubre de 5:00PM - 8:00PM. Se invita respetuosamente a familiares y amigos asistir. El funeral y el entierro se llevarán a cabo en Boca Canasta, República Dominicana.
